Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Noura, we want you to have a smooth experience with your order. If something goes wrong, we are here to help.

All Noura products are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted production partner. The policy below explains how we handle refunds, replacements, and order issues.

1. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

To submit a claim, please email us at nouragutglow@gmail.com and include:

• your order number
• a short description of the issue
• clear photos of the product and packaging

Providing photos helps us resolve your claim faster.

Once we receive your claim, our team will review it and aim to respond within 3 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

• a replacement shipment, or
• a full refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of health and supplement products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Customers located in the European Union may have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. However, for health protection and hygiene reasons, this right only applies to products that are:

• unopened
• unused
• still sealed in their original packaging

If you wish to request a return for an unopened product, please contact us at nouragutglow@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Incorrect shipping address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package is returned by the courier, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is not collected or accepted and is returned to our fulfillment facility, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or for opened supplement products.

Customs issues

If a package is returned due to customs rejection or unpaid import duties or taxes, we cannot issue a refund. Customers are responsible for checking local import regulations and paying any required customs fees.

Orders already in production

Because our products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

Delivery issues caused by the recipient

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to issues such as incorrect address details, missing contact information, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay import duties or taxes, we cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
