All Noura products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner in the United States. Because of this, orders go through a short production period before they are shipped.
1. Order Processing
Once you place an order, it enters our production queue.
Orders are typically processed and prepared within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Free Shipping in the United States
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Domestic orders are shipped using USPS and typically arrive within 2–4 business days after shipment.
3. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations from our U.S. fulfillment center.
International orders are typically shipped via FedEx and usually arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and local carrier conditions.

International shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and your destination.
Canada
- Up to 1 lb — $17
- 1.01–2 lbs — $19
- 2.01–3 lbs — $21
- 3.01–4 lbs — $24
- Each additional pound — +$5
Europe
Includes: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Other selected international destinations
Includes: Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam.

Final shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are sent under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms.
This means that customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees when their package arrives in their country.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not controlled by Noura.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

7. Shipping Delays
While carriers aim to deliver packages within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- customs clearance
- carrier disruptions
- local delivery processing
These delays are outside our control.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
9. Lost Shipments
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at nouragutglow@gmail.com.
Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
10. Product Import Restrictions
Each country has its own regulations regarding the import of supplements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be legally imported into their country.
If customs authorities reject a shipment due to import restrictions, we may be unable to offer a refund.
